No. Customer-controlled/private deployment is the current pilot path. A ZENQIX-managed service is not published as available yet.

In a customer-controlled deployment, Endpoint data lives in the approved product infrastructure for that environment. The public website is separate from operational endpoint data.

Routine agent communication is outbound-first. Remote-support transport has a separate governed path and should be reviewed with the deployment requirements.

Windows, macOS and Linux are the current desktop focus, but status varies by capability. Android and iOS/iPadOS remain roadmap areas rather than current commercial UEM support.

Preview means implementation or isolated testing exists, but broader physical acceptance or release authorization is incomplete. Preview is not general availability.

Remote support is device scoped and tied to technician/session context. Public support claims remain limited to the capabilities and release evidence currently published.

Execution and verification are separate states. Where verification is supported, ZENQIX observes the endpoint again and compares that state with the request. A mismatch stays visible.

The current control-plane model includes role and tenant boundaries for administrative operations. A pilot should validate the roles required for the customer's scope.

Release identity, rollback artifacts, backups and post-change health checks are part of the operating model. Exact steps remain release specific.

Do not assume HA from the private-pilot topology. HA remains a deployment requirement to prove before it is published as available.

Public fixed pricing has not been published. Current pilot discussions depend on endpoint scope, deployment model and support requirements.

Use a small representative endpoint group, known device facts, agreed network constraints and written acceptance criteria for the capabilities being tested.

No current product claim says that it will. ZENQIX Endpoint is focused on endpoint operations, controlled action, verification and evidence.
