Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and handled/redressed within one month, subject to applicable law.
The requester confirms that they own the target or are authorized by its owner, understands the agreed assessment scope, identifies the assets and permitted time window, and provides a contact for questions or an immediate stop request. D. Riyaz Basha, trading as ZENQIX accepts only that agreed scope.
The requester authorizes only the checks described by the engagement. Free tools remain bounded and passive. Anonymous QF-10 active probing remains blocked, and deeper checks require a separately confirmed scope.
Do not supply credentials, passwords, private keys or other secrets. Local systems, third-party assets, active testing, remediation and emergency response are excluded unless a future separately approved secure process and written scope explicitly authorize them.
ZENQIX may ask for written authorization and may pause work when ownership or scope is unclear. Send security-scope questions to security@zenqix.tech.
