Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and handled/redressed within one month, subject to applicable law.
D. Riyaz Basha, trading as ZENQIX retains only the public input and bounded evidence needed to return or support a result. Assessment correspondence should retain only the contact and scope information needed for the agreed conversation or engagement.
Contact and assessment correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Temporary assessment inputs, results and generated report working data are normally retained for up to 90 days after delivery or completion. Security and access logs are normally retained for up to 90 days. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
An active engagement, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation may require longer retention. Send deletion and privacy requests to hello@zenqix.tech; requests are handled subject to legitimate operational, security and legal retention requirements.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API tokens or local scanner credentials through QuickFix forms, email or free tools.
