Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and handled/redressed within one month, subject to applicable law.
Before substantive work
An engagement scope and price are confirmed before payment. A cancellation requested before substantive work begins may be refunded. Duplicate payments are refundable.
After work begins
If ZENQIX cannot provide the agreed service, the applicable payment is refundable. Once substantive assessment work has begun, any refund may reflect work already performed. Completed or delivered professional assessment work is generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or ZENQIX agrees otherwise.
How to request help
Send refund or cancellation requests to sales@zenqix.tech. Include the agreed engagement reference and the reason for the request. This launch does not promise automatic gateway refund timelines because no payment gateway is part of it.
