Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and handled/redressed within one month, subject to applicable law.
D. Riyaz Basha, trading as ZENQIX provides eight bounded public website checks and separately scoped human-reviewed services under the ZENQIX trading name. Free checks are passive and read-only. A service begins only after scope, authorization, evidence boundaries and commercial terms are confirmed.
You must own the target or have authority from its owner before submitting a domain, system or assessment request. Unauthorized testing, credential sharing, attempts to bypass safety controls and requests involving third-party assets without permission are not permitted.
Free checks do not perform active testing. QF-10 anonymous active probing remains blocked. Remediation is not automatically performed. Findings are point-in-time observations and may not identify every issue; the service is not a guarantee that systems are vulnerability-free, available, compliant or suitable for a particular purpose.
The launch uses manual payment links only. Scope and price are confirmed before payment. You remain responsible for decisions made using a result and for maintaining authority over the systems you submit. Refund and cancellation terms are described separately on this site.
These terms are between you and D. Riyaz Basha, trading as ZENQIX. They are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, subject to applicable mandatory law.
