Provide a clear security contact and a responsible path for reporting potential vulnerabilities.
What we will not claim before it is true.
- • We will not display ISO, SOC 2 or other certification badges until the relevant certification exists.
- • We will not claim public uptime history until production monitoring has enough real history to support it.
- • We will not expose real customer devices or private development environments in the public website demo.
- • We will distinguish available functionality from preview and roadmap capability.
